What is StayGrid?
A platform that lets Kenyans co-invest in BnB and short-stay properties in tourist destinations. Investors earn fixed dividends from rental income, paid out through M-Pesa.
How much do I need to start?
The minimum varies by project but starts as low as KSh 5,000 for our Amboseli and Tsavo camps.
How are dividends paid?
Dividends are sent directly to the M-Pesa number on your account on the scheduled payout date (monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the project).
Are the returns guaranteed?
StayGrid offers fixed-dividend contracts. Returns are backed by booking revenue and property reserve funds. As with any investment, performance can vary — read each project’s prospectus before investing.
Can I exit early?
Yes — units can be listed on our secondary market after a 12-month holding period, subject to a 1% transfer fee.
